This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how products purchased on Tiny Learn Printables, a brand owned and operated by Little Lotus Studio, are delivered. All of our products are digital, so there is no physical shipping involved.
Digital products only
Tiny Learn Printables sells only digital products — printable PDF worksheets, coloring pages, flashcards and activity packs. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. Nothing will be mailed or couriered to you, so no shipping address or shipping fee is required.
How delivery works
After your payment is successfully completed, your purchase is delivered digitally. You will be able to download your PDF file immediately on the confirmation screen, and/or receive a secure download link by email at the address you provided at checkout.
Delivery is normally instant. In rare cases, due to email or network delays, the link may take up to a few minutes to arrive. Please also check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it.
Delivery timeframe
Because products are digital, there is no shipping time. Access is provided immediately after payment confirmation. If you have not received your file within 24 hours of a successful payment, please contact us.
If you did not receive your file
If your payment was successful but you did not receive your download, email hello@tinylearnprintables.com within 7 days with your order details. We will verify and re-send your file promptly. Please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for more on this.
