Nature of our products

Every paid product on Tiny Learn Printables is a digital download — a printable PDF worksheet, coloring page, flashcard set or activity pack. There is no physical item, and nothing is shipped by post or courier.

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, they are generally non-refundable once the file has been delivered or downloaded. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product with instant access.

Our paid packs (₹5–₹49)

Our main paid product is the 30-Day Preschool Home Practice Kit — a single 220-page printable PDF with a day-by-day practice plan, all the worksheets it uses (alphabet A–Z, numbers 1–50, Hindi and Marathi varnamala, shapes, colours, mandalas and coloring pages), a progress chart, a reward-stars sheet and a completion certificate, currently offered at a launch price of ₹49 (regular price ₹99). We also offer whole-collection packs — each collection's worksheets bundled into one PDF — at ₹5 per pack. Payment is handled securely by Razorpay, and the PDF downloads instantly in your browser the moment your payment is confirmed.

No account or email delivery is involved: the file is released to your device only after a successful, verified payment. If you cancel at the payment window or the payment fails for any reason, you are not charged and no file is downloaded. Individual worksheets remain free to download.

Cancellations

As digital products are delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed and the download has been made available. If you close the Razorpay payment window or do not complete payment, no charge is made and you can simply choose not to proceed.

When you can request a refund

We want every parent and teacher to be happy with their purchase. You may contact us for a refund or a re-send in the following situations:

• Your payment was successful but you did not receive the download link or file.
• The file you received is corrupted, will not open, or is the wrong product.
• You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.

How to request a refund

If payment succeeds but the file is not delivered, or there is a problem with your download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@tinylearnprintables.com with your order details and the email address used at checkout.

We will verify the issue and either re-send the correct file or process a refund to your original payment method. Approved refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
